1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Aethos Enterprise Holdings, LLC ("Aethos," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the website and any related services, publications—including Aethospect and its Signal editions—or content provided by Aethos (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue access immediately. Aethos reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.

2. Use of the Site

The AETHOS name, logo mark, tagline "Platform Ecosystem Assurance," the Aethospect publication name, and the Signal concept and format are trademarks and service marks of Aethos Enterprise Holdings, LLC. You may not use any Aethos marks or Signal content without prior written consent.

You may access and view content for personal and professional use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or transmit any content without prior written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by Aethos without restriction or compensation.

4. Subscription and Email Communications

When you subscribe to Aethospect or other Aethos communications, you consent to receive email communications including Signal editions and related announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly. Aethos complies with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable email marketing regulations.

Aethos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Aethospect or any other publication at any time without liability.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AETHOS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Content—including Aethospect Signals—is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, compliance, audit, security, or professional advisory services. Any reliance on information from the Site or Signals is strictly at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AETHOS ENTERPRISE HOLDINGS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AETHOS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE DOLLAR ($1.00 USD).

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aethos Enterprise Holdings, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site and Services.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Aethos. Aethos assumes no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. Your access of any third-party site is at your own risk.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright, send written notification to [email protected]. Your notification must include: (i) a signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work; (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material; (iv) your contact information; (v) a good-faith belief statement; and (vi) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aethos Enterprise Holdings, LLC with respect to your use of the Site and Services.
